Product Description

The double-layer cladding design is adopted, the conductor is oxygen-free copper wire, and the inner layer uses imported high-voltage polyethylene as insulation layer, which has good insulation performance. The outer layer adopts the polymer material - nylon as the sheath, which is waterproof and oil resistant. It has the advantages of corrosion resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance, salt resistance and high mechanical strength. It is suitable for submersible water pump and oil-immersed sewage pump.

  We produce polyethylene insulated nylon sheathed water-resistant winding wire, adopt JB/T4014 technical standard, to regulate its varieties, specifications, technical requirements and inspection standards, it is used in AC rated voltage U0/U 450/700V water-filled submersible motor and pump motor under similar conditions with polyethylene insulated nylon sheathed water-resistant winding wire, PE waterline for short.

The rated working voltage of PE winding wire is 450/750V
PE winding wire works in water for a long time, the PH value of water is 6.5~8.5, and the water temperature is not more than 10kgf/cm
The long-term operating temperature of PE winding wire should not exceed 70ºC
