Class 120 Polyvinyl acetal Enameled Aluminum Round Wire

  Class 120 enameled aluminum wire can be used for both the stator winding (which generates the rotating magnetic field) and the rotor winding (which induces the current) of a fan motor. For example, in small household fans, the stator winding is made of aluminum wire with a diameter of 0.5 - 1.0 mm, which is wound to form a three-phase or single-phase winding that, in conjunction with the motor core, generates the rotating magnetic field that drives the fan blades.

  Class 120 enameled wire has a thermal class E (maximum allowable working temperature 120°C), and the temperature rise of the winding during operation of fan motors is usually 60 - 80K (at an ambient temperature of 25°C, the temperature of the winding is about 85 - 105°C), which does not exceed the limit of its thermal resistance, and thus ensures the reliability of the insulation for long-term operation.
