Product Description

Copper stranded wire is a flexible connecting wire for electrical equipment and electronic appliances or component wiring. In railway catenary engineering, the commonly used models are TJR-95mm2 and TJR-120mm2. The soft copper stranded wire produced by our factory has cooperated with many electric furnace manufacturers, and is widely recognized by customers as the conductor material of water-cooled cables.

The main product standard of soft copper stranded wire is according to (GB12970.2-91);

The type of soft copper stranded wire is:
TJRX1-TJR1-1 soft copper stranded wire; TJR2-2 soft copper stranded wire; TJR3-3 soft copper stranded wire;
TJRX1-TJRX1-1 type tinned soft copper stranded wire; TJRX2-2 type tinned soft copper wall iron wall stranded wire;
TJRX1-TJRX3-3 type tinned soft copper stranded wire.

twist direction:
The twisting direction of the outer layer of the soft copper stranded wire is right, unless otherwise agreed by the supplier and the buyer, the twisting direction of the adjacent layers should be opposite. Stranding should be tight and neat, and there should be no broken strands or missing strands.
The structure of TJR1 and TJX1 soft copper stranded wire conforms to the requirements of Table NO.1.
The structure of TJR2 and JRX2 soft copper stranded wire conforms to the requirements of Table NO.2.
The structure of TJR3 and JRX3 soft copper stranded wire conforms to the requirements of Table NO.3.
