Product Description

Glass-fiber coated Polyimide Film Wire The glass fiber coated polyimide film wire is a high-quality copper (aluminum) wire wrapped with a polyimide film, and then a single or double glass fiber, and is equipped with an insulating varnish of the required temperature resistance index for immersion and baking treatment to make the glass fiber. Between, the glass fiber, the film, and the conductor are bonded into a whole. The product has voltage breakdown resistance, with temperature resistance levels of 155, 180, 200 thermal class.

Material of Glass-fiber coated Polyimide Film Wire:

The flat aluminum wire should meet the requirements of GB5584.3-2009, and the resistivity at 20°C should not be greater than 0.0280Ωmm2/m

The rectangular copper wire shall comply with GB5584.2-2009, and the resistivity at 20°C shall not be greater than 0.01724Ωmm2/m

The insulation thickness and breakdown voltage should meet the requirements in the following table, or be determined by us and the buyer through negotiation. The insulation thickness (B-b) on the narrow side is not assessed.
