Simply speaking, UEW self-bonding enameled wires are all made of a composite layer structure, that is, coated with a self-bonding paint (self-bonding layer) outside the general enameled wire (baseline). In the UEW self-bonding enameled wire structure of the composite layer, the baseline is the main insulation part of the whole line. In a certain sense (except for the composite effect), it ensures the insulation performance of the self-bonding enameled wire; the self-bonding layer is mainly for satisfying the coil forming process.
