Precautions for Use
Precautions:
1. This product is assembled with precision parts, please do not disassemble.
2. The spring should be as small as possible. The goal is to ensure that the rubber wheel rotates and the line does not slip.
3. There should be a 1~2MM gap between the rubber wheel and the adjusting ring.
The magnetic tensioner (magnetic tension controller) is used on the winding machine and uses a permanent magnet to generate tension on the damping wheel.

Precautions for use:
1. If it is not used for a long time, it should be demagnetized before starting the machine. First, lower the tension adjustment knob clockwise, then turn it counterclockwise. At the same time, hold the line damping wheel lightly to prevent it from turning.
2. Adjust the tension knob cover (increase tension, decrease tension). First, feel the damping force of the large guide wheel by hand. When working, test the exact tension on the enameled wire with a tensiometer, and adjust the tension adjustment knob as needed.
3. Adjust the anti-tension adjustment knob to ensure that the tension rod is in a horizontal state during normal operation.
4. During normal operation, only the tension is allowed to be small (the tension adjustment knob is screwed in), and the tension is not allowed to be small (the tension adjustment knob is turned outward).

Tensioner adjustment method:
1. It is recommended to adjust the scale value to 3 and above. If the tension is too high at this point, it is better to use a smaller size damper.
2. If it is used below the 3 scale value, there may be strong pulsation. Eliminate the pulsation as described in item 3 below.
3. Loosen the fastening screw, turn the scale to 10, slowly turn the scale to 0 while rotating the spindle, and then turn to the desired scale value. Tighten the locking screw.
4. If tension pulsation occurs during use, please repeat the steps of adjustment method 3 above until a satisfactory tension is obtained.
5. The damper uses an electric field to generate a dielectric field, and the material is fragile. Therefore, do not disassemble it during use to avoid damage to the machine.
