Product Description
The cnc Horizontal Foil Winding Machine for voltage transformer adopts PLC automatic control frequency conversion stepless speed regulation system, photoelectric hydraulic deviation correction system, automatic welding mechanism and other automatic control functions. It ensures the welding quality of the transformer winding foil, greatly reduces the loss of the transformer, and its performance parameters have reached the leading level in the domestic industry.


The foil winding machine is mainly composed of an opening coils machine, a feeding device, a pressing device, a shearing device, an end insulation opening coils machine, a bias adjustment device, a winding machine, a welding device, layer insulation opening coils machine, and an electrical control system device. Its working principle is that the foil material rolls through the unwinding device, the feeding material enters the rubber roller of the tensioning device, then passes through the roller of the pressing device and the knife edge of the shearing device, and then is wound on the winding wire die. The interlayer insulation coil frame is installed above the winding optical axis of the foil winding machine and is cut by the trimming roller and the blade, and then wound on the winding die. The interlayer insulation opening coils machine is installed in the middle of the main body.

3. High-definition digital display counter is used to display the running data, and the high-precision counting encoder counts to ensure the winding accuracy.
