12-Axis High-Speed High-Precision Transformer Coil Transformer Winding

This machine is a fully automatic 12-spindle winding machine. The machine is equipped with a CNC 4-axis AC servo motor drive system for precise position control. The winding machine is equipped with a thin wire stranding machine during operation, and an air knife or a flat knife can be selected for thick wires above 0.3mm to reduce the residual wire on the spool pin.
It is equipped with a PLC system, touch screen, and AC servo motor, parameters (programs) are set through the PLC system and 10-inch touch screen.


Feature:
The machine offers quick tool change without tool change, saving time and maintaining accuracy.
The machine is equipped with a nozzle mechanism that rotates the nozzle 0, 90, 120 degrees in order to wind (bind) the wire on the pin of the coil (spool).
The machine can make perfect layer windings and can provide single or multi-wire (two-wire) windings.
