Self-bonding Wire

  Winding the solenoid: The automotive ABS sensor is essentially a solenoid coil, and self-bonding wire, with its high conductivity, can be efficiently wound into a solenoid coil. As the wheel rotates, the gear rim, which rotates in tandem with the wheel, causes a change in the magnetic flux in the sensor's solenoid coil, which generates an induced electromotive force in the coil and a quasi-sinusoidal alternating current (AC) signal. This signal contains information about the wheel's rotational speed and enables the vehicle braking system to know the wheel's movement in time.

  Realisation of electrical connection: Its good solderability makes it possible for the enameled wire to be conveniently and reliably soldered to other electronic components of the ABS sensor, such as signal processing circuits, pins, etc., during the manufacturing process, to ensure that the current can be stably transmitted in the circuit, and that the electrical signals generated by the sensor can be smoothly transmitted to the ABS control module of the vehicle for processing and analyses.
