Self-bonding Wire

  Self-bonding enameled wire is a kind of special enameled wire, which is covered with self-bonding lacquer on the outside of the enameled wire. Self-bonding enameled wire can simplify the coil molding process, improve work efficiency, save energy, improve environmental pollution, and is conducive to industrial automation production.

  The insulating layer of self-bonding wire is commonly used EIW. EIW has good insulation properties in electrical applications and is widely used in wire and cable manufacturing. EIW has good mechanical properties. Self-bonding wire has good tensile and abrasion resistance, which can withstand mechanical stress and extend the service life of the cable.

  Polyimide is also commonly used as the insulating layer of AIW Covered Self-bonding Wire. AIW has good thermal stability in winding wires, and can generally be used continuously for long periods of time at temperatures above 200°C.The insulating layer of AIW in self-bonding wires has outstanding electrical insulation, and it is a good insulating material that can withstand voltages as high as 100-300 kilovolts per millimeter, which effectively isolates the current and prevents circuit short circuits.
