  Hydroelectric generators are usually operated in a high voltage environment, modified polypropylene insulated winding wire has excellent electrical insulation properties, can withstand the high voltage generated by the stator winding, effectively preventing the insulation breakdown between the windings and between the windings and the core, to ensure the safe and stable operation of the generator. When the hydro generator is in operation, the rotor is in a high-speed rotating state, which generates large centrifugal force and mechanical stress.

  Modified polypropylene insulated winding line has high mechanical strength and flexibility, can withstand the mechanical effects of rotor rotation, to maintain the integrity and stability of the winding, to prevent insulation damage caused by mechanical fatigue.

  Hydroelectric generators generate heat during operation and need to dissipate the heat in time to maintain the proper working temperature.
