Enameled Copper Clad Aluminum Wire
Features:
1. DC resistivity: the DC resistivity of copper clad aluminum enameled wire is 1.40-1.45 times that of the pure copper wire; for equivalent resistance value, the weight of copper- clad aluminum wire is only 1/2 that of the pure copper wire.
2. Supreme solder-ability; with a coat of pure coat, the Enameled Copper Clad Aluminum wire boasts the same braze-ability ad the pure copper wire, no need for special treatment, meanwhile, Enameled Copper Clad Aluminum wire is coated with a thick copper layer to ensure that the solder-ability shall not be harmed during the scrape
3. Light weight :the density of Enameled Copper Clad Aluminum wire is only 1/2.5 that of the pure copper wire of the same diameter, which can efficiently reduce the weight of coil; the replacement of copper wire with Enameled Copper Clad Aluminum wire can realize a cost saving of more than 30%.
