The spindle mechanism assembly is composed of the spindle servo motor, the spindle assembly, and the winding workpiece fixture. The CNC side single-axis high-torque winding machine works as the control system controls the servo motor to drive the spindle assembly to rotate, and the CNC side single-axis high-torque winding. A workpiece fixture is installed on each spindle of the machine to clamp the winding workpiece skeleton and drive it to rotate and wind.

The wiring mechanism is composed of a wire nozzle, a wiring shaft, and X, Y, and Z three-axis winding drive devices. The drive device is composed of three sets of ball screw mechanisms and servo motors.
