Submersible Motor Winding Wire

  There are various corrosive substances in the submarine environment, such as seawater, chemical substances in oil and gas, etc. Submersible motor winding wire must have excellent corrosion resistance to resist the erosion of these substances and ensure the long-term reliability of the winding wire. Usually use corrosion-resistant metal materials (such as nickel, chromium and other alloy elements containing copper wire) as the conductor, and in the insulation layer and sheath to add anti-corrosion additives, or special anti-corrosion coatings.

  Submarine pump systems are usually located in hundreds or even thousands of metres of deep water, and are subject to enormous water pressure.Submersible motor winding wire needs to have good high-voltage resistance, and be able to maintain the stability of its electrical and mechanical properties under high-voltage environments, preventing insulation damage or wire deformation caused by pressure. Special insulating materials and structural designs, such as multi-layer insulation and high-strength sheaths, are generally used to improve the high-voltage resistance of the winding wire.
