Submersible Motor Winding Wire

  Long-term stability of insulation resistance: The fire pump is in a "standby state" on a daily basis (the average number of starts per year is small, but it needs to be available at any time), and the cable is in a high-humidity environment in the computer room for a long time (the relative humidity of the underground fire pump room often reaches 80%-90%). 
  Instantaneous overload capacity: When the fire pump starts, there is a shock of 5-7 times the rated current (such as a 75kW pump starting current of more than 500A), and the cable needs to withstand the Joule heat generated by the short-term high current. The insulation has a heat resistance rating of 90°C (long-term operating temperature), a short-term overload temperature of 130°C (for 30 minutes), and the insulation layer does not soften or melt, avoiding insulation breakdown caused by instantaneous high temperatures.
