The surface of the copper aluminum composite busbar is copper, therefore, its oxidation resistance is the same as copper. Mutual overlap refers to the overlap between copper and copper, and its electrical life is the same as that of copper bars when powered on for a long time. Production process
Our copper clad aluminum production process is very strict. From material selection to product molding, copper and aluminum materials need to undergo special treatment to make their bonding more tight. After special processing, the creep deformation is small, and the performance is close to that of copper, overcoming the fatal weakness of aluminum busbar. Its reliability is the same as that of copper busbar, and its performance is fundamentally different from that of aluminum busbar. It can replace copper busbar, but the price is significantly reduced. Then, we use extrusion equipment and obtain the required size through extrusion.
