Feature of product 

This machine grinds the insulating paint on the surface of the enameled wire through two high-speed rotating tapered fiber wheels, which are clean and clean, and the surface is smooth and does not hurt the hot wire.

Easy to use
1. Choose the appropriate product of our factory, a "conical" paint stripping fiber wheel or an imported product "conical fiber wheel", and install it on the two axes of the machine. With the tapered part of the paint stripping wheel facing upwards, adjust the gap slightly, turn on the power supply, and make the machine run normally for a while
2. Turn off the switch after everything is normal. Place the configured mesh sand skin between the two cone surfaces, and adjust the distance between the two paint stripping wheels to be slightly looser
3. Restart the equipment, hold the professional mesh sand skin with your hand to grind the contact surface of the two wheels, so as to make the contact surface between the two wheels more appropriate. After everything is ready, you can use the same method to try stripping the wire.
