Product Description

The windings of large power transformers use combined conductors or transposed conductors, which can greatly reduce the load loss, reduce the temperature rise of winding hot spots, improve the mechanical strength of the windings, make the structure more compact, and make the coil processing easier. It has been widely used in the design and manufacture of large power transformer windings. The composite wire is composed of several insulated magnet wire or copper and aluminum wires arranged according to the specified requirements. The winding wire is wrapped by a specific insulating material.

Analysis of two factors affecting equipment and processing methods:

 

1. The transposition head stop number of the transposition wire production line is not suitable. In the production, the transposition head stop is used according to the wire gauge. The transposition distance is large, the tightness of the transposition wire is reduced, and the size will be larger. It is one of the main factors that lead to the poor size of the transposed conductor.

 

2. Although the size of the insulated magnet wire is within the qualified range, for products with a small winding coil diameter and a large number of enameled wires per transposed conductor, the external dimensions of the transposed conductor are likely to be poor. It is two of the main factors that lead to the difference in the external dimensions of the transposed wire.

3. The mold size control is not suitable. Although it is within the qualified range, the size of the mold size repaired for a batch of products is the upper deviation, which is one of the main factors leading to the difference in the external dimensions of the transposed conductor.
