Preparations before going offline:
Prepare the tool, in which the crimping plate is equipped according to the shape of the motor slot, the scribing plate should be able to draw 2/3 into the slot, and the pins should be able to be easily dismantled and insulated along the edge of the slot. The tool should be smooth so as not to damage the wires and insulation.
Offline:
1. When going offline, straighten the upper lead, put on the insulating sleeve, and pay attention to the direction of the lead.
2. Starting from the first one, the end of each coil should be pressed down a little, and the end should be flattened to facilitate the placement of the second coil.
3. The protruding parts of the end coils should be equal and parallel to each other, the winding plane should be 1.5-3 mm lower than the iron core, and the bell mouth should be neat and beautiful.
4. After the fan winding copper wire is fully embedded, cut off the excess part of the interphase insulation, use a rubber hammer or a general hammer to cushion the bamboo board, and trim the end coil into a bell mouth, so as not to touch the end cover, so that the rotor can penetrate freely. Accurate, the force should be light and even when correcting, and the coil insulation should not be damaged. The outer ring at the rear end of the correction should be neat, and the wires should not cross.
