Paper-insulated aluminum wire is a kind of traditional electromagnetic wire with simple manufacturing process and low cost. It is widely used in distribution transformer windings, you can also use telephone paper, cable paper, high voltage cable paper, crepe paper, dupont paper, 3m paper, high density paper, polyester film, polyimide film as insulation.

The paper covered wire is a wire which is annealed or drawn after being pressed or drawn by an oxygen-free copper rod or an electric round aluminum rod, and then wrapped to wrap two or more layers of insulating paper, including telephone paper , cable paper, inter-turn insulating paper ,NOMEX paper, 3M paper, miki paper, suitable for oil-immersed transformer coils and other similar electrical winding. We can produce various layers and paper thickness of paper covered wires according to clients'requirement.
