Host composition description:
I. Copper tape feeder: correction (2 sets)
A: The foil tape unwinding rack adopts (50N) an electric magnetic powder clutch. The motor reducer controls the copper tape tension. When the main machine moves backward, the foil tape material rack is linked to following the retracting material. The potentiometer is used to adjust the current size to control the tension.

A: The main winding machine is composed of a reducer, a motor, a winding spindle, and a top tailstock. The winding main motor is frequency-regulated with a frequency converter, and the wind speed is 60 rpm. The foot switch is used to control the jog forward and backward winding.
B: The winding spindle is made according to customer requirements, and the tailstock is topped at the center of the winding shaft to prevent the winding shaft from jumping and deforming.
4: Winding host mobile device (1 set)
A: The movement of the winding host is mainly used to enable the winding of multiple coils. After the fixed size of each coil is input on the touch screen, after each coil is wound, the host can be automatically moved to the left or right, using a ball screw, and Stepper motor control.

WDSQ-600 copper tape winding machine is suitable for winding small foil-wound transformers, reactor coils, and similar process coils.
It is composed of a winding main machine, unwinding rack, layer insulation supply device, tension-adjustable spooling rack, insulating and foil tape racks when they move back together, and the tension is controlled by an electric magnetic powder clutch and a control system. It has the advantages of high degree of automation, complete functions and strong power, which guarantees the tightness of coil winding, and is especially suitable for winding rectangular coils.
