Triple Insulated Wire, also known as triple insulated wire, is a high-performance insulated wire newly developed internationally in recent years. Precautions for winding. The three-layer insulated wire is strengthened by the film. If the film is seriously deformed or damaged due to mechanical or thermal stress, the safety standard cannot be guaranteed. There should be no burrs on the transformer skeleton, and the corner part of the contact wire should be smooth (forming a chamfering). The inner diameter of the outlet nozzle should be 2 to 3 times the outer diameter of the conductor.  The end of the cut wire is very sharp, do not close to the wire coating.
