This Winding Machine is dual purpose between electric and manually winding of coil. When manually winding, the operator controls the coil winder with a hand crank on the right side of the machine. Electric motor winding allows this machine to automatically wind coil in even layers with concise tension. It has a counter which is easy to read when determining the number of rings on the coil. It will count up to 99999 rings.

Mechanical principle:
1. The hand-cranked electric counting winding machine is driven by the crank handle drive gear to drive the main shaft, and the counter is counted through the drive gear end gear drive. The speed ratio between the main shaft and the countershaft is 10:1. When the main shaft turns 1, the countershaft is 1/ 10 turn, that is, the number of letters of the counter is 1 turn.
2. The machine can be hand-cranked or electric, and the handle can be removed when electric and the maximum speed of the main shaft of the winding machine is 2000 rpm when electric.
3. The main oil hole is normal and a small amount of oil is added.

How to operate:
1. This machine should be mounted on a sturdy worked bench. There are three holes on the machine for fastening it to the work bench.
2. This machine can be driven either by hand or by an electric motor . When driven by electric motor, the handle has to be taken apart, and the spindle of the machine should run at a rotating speed lower than 1000rpm.
3. Regularly put some lube oil into the oil filter holes of the spindle.It will remain like new for years.
4. Please press the reset handle of the counter and let it reverse to "00000" before any new counting job. Make sure you press the reset handle twice to ensure the gear comes into the reset condition completely. Please do not press the reset handle when the machine is running.
