Self-Bonding Copper Wire
Self-Bonding Copper Wire is a copper conductor coated with a special polymer material, the most important feature of which is that it can be firmly bonded between adjacent turns of wire by heating, without the need for additional adhesives.
Self-Bonding Copper Wire outside is enameled wire covered with a layer of self-adhesive varnish, usually polyimide or polyesterimide, EIW shows good abrasion and corrosion resistance as well as better resistance to high temperatures.AIW has good resistance to high temperatures, excellent electrical insulation properties, and excellent chemical stability.
