High-Speed Precision Parallel 12-Axis Automatic CNC Winder Winding Machine

This machine is a fully automatic 12-spindle winding machine. The machine is equipped with a CNC 4-axis AC servo motor drive system for precise position control. The winding machine is equipped with a thin wire stranding machine during operation, and an air knife or a flat knife can be selected for thick wires above 0.3mm to reduce the residual wire on the spool pin.
It is equipped with a PLC system, touch screen, and AC servo motor, parameters (programs) are set through the PLC system and a 10-inch touch screen.
