Installation and use:
A. Plug in 220V AC power supply.
B. Take out the shield of the cutter head part first. Adjust the scraping paint according to the required scraping paint line diameter. Knife edge; Loosen the headless hexagon socket head screw that fixes the knife edge and the required positioning.
C. Turn the adjusting nut (adjust the size of the paint scraping blade, clockwise is large, counterclockwise is small), generally first adjust the blade to be larger than the diameter of the enameled wire, then clamp the stem head, hold the enameled wire in one hand, and adjust the adjusting nut in the other. There is slight friction between the knife edge and the surface of the enameled wire diameter. At this time, all the screws that need to be fixed are locked.
D. The limit pin is adjusted and locked, and the protective cover is installed.
E. Press the power switch, and the motor starts to run!
F. Flatten the enameled wire for scraping paint and extend it into the feeding port to start the paint stripping.
