Installation and use:
Select a suitable cutter head, install it on the chuck at the front end of the machine, insert an enameled wire in the middle of the cutter head, and use a fixed wrench to adjust the chuck so that the cutter head gently clamps the enameled wire, then withdraw the enameled wire and start the switch After that, hold the coil part by hand and push the enameled wire into the high-speed rotating cutter head easily until it reaches the preset.
Set the length of scraping paint, then carefully withdraw the enameled wire, and the paint stripping work can be completed. When necessary, the diameter of the cutter head can be adjusted by loosening and tightening the chuck, and the control can achieve the ideal paint stripping effect, because when the machine is running.
When the cutter head rotates at a high speed, the insulating paint or oxide of the enameled wire is cut off, and the surface of the enameled wire after peeling the paint is bright and clean.
To set the required paint stripping length, you can loosen the fixing screw of the collet. After exiting the collet, you will see the limit thimble of the stripping length. Adjust the limit thimble through the fixing screw to set and control the stripping of the enameled wire length.
