The speed regulation method of AC motor: this type of motor itself has no speed regulation function. It needs to use an electromagnetic speed regulation device or add a frequency converter to realize the speed regulation function. In the winding equipment, the frequency converter speed regulation is more common. In this way, the inverter is controlled by the control system of the winding equipment to make the motor have the function of speed regulation, and this method also has a certain energy-saving effect.

Step sequence setting: used to enter the data setting state
Output setting: used to set target output
1: When editing, you can skip back to the previous editing step
Input: When editing, enter the data items in the editing process into memory
Clear: When editing, clear the numbers in the editing to 0
COPY: When editing, copy the previous step data to the current step data item.
Starting step sequence: used to specify the starting step sequence of winding
End Step Sequence: Used to specify the winding end step sequence
Data selection: When editing, select the data item. When operating, switch between displaying the total number of turns or the position of the cable rod.
Cable direction: When editing, it is used to specify the cable direction for the step sequence, which can be either forward or backward.
Winding direction: When editing, it is used to specify the winding direction of the step sequence, which can be clockwise or counterclockwise.
Parking at both ends: When editing, it is used to specify whether the step sequence needs to have a parking function that moves to both ends of the width.
Auto return: Used during editing to specify whether the wire rod should automatically move to the starting position or return to the starting position after pressing start when executing to this step.
Auto start: Used during editing to specify whether to automatically start winding or press start to start winding when executing to this step.
Speed: Switching between speed and output display
Zeroing: The production gauge is cleared to zero
Auto: Auto cycle selection key
Braking: When parking, choose to stop or release the spool brake
Jumping section: When the winding is paused, force it to jump to the next step sequence. When editing, move the cable tray forward.
Step back: When the winding is paused, force it to jump to the previous step sequence. Edit the seasonal cable tray to retract.
Return: In any state, terminate the current operation, return and return to standby mode
Parking: When winding, the winding will be paused.
Start: Start winding while stopping, and pause winding while winding.
Step sequence display: Display the current winding or editing step sequence number
Data display: Used to display the data items being edited when editing winding data, and to display the actual number of winding coils during winding or pause.
Production monitor: displays production or spool speed (RPM)
Status indicator light:
Standby: When the light is on, it indicates standby; when it is not on, it indicates winding or editing; when the light is flashing, it indicates pause.
Operation: If the light is on, it indicates that the winding is in progress; if it is not on, it indicates that it is stopped.
Slow car: When the light is on, it indicates that the wire is being wound at low speed.
Positioning: When the light is on, it indicates that the cable rod is positioned at the starting point or returning to the origin.
Overspeed: When the light is on, it indicates that the winding speed is too fast, causing the cable rod to lose synchronization with the winding spool.
Connection: When the light is on, it indicates that network communication is in progress.
Speed: When the light is on, it indicates that the current production display is used as a tachometer.
Production: When the light is on, it indicates that the current production display is showing production.
Completion: When the production quantity reaches the production target, this light will turn on.
Backward: Standard models have no effect and are reserved for special use.
