Triple Insulated Wire, also known as triple insulated wire, is a high-performance insulated wire newly developed internationally in recent years. This wire has three insulating layers, with a core wire in the middle. The first layer is a golden polyamide film, called gold film abroad, and its thickness is several microns.



Precautions for winding. The three-layer insulated wire is strengthened by the film. If the film is seriously deformed or damaged due to mechanical or thermal stress, the safety standard cannot be guaranteed. There should be no burrs on the transformer skeleton, and the corner part of the contact wire should be smooth (forming a chamfering). The inner diameter of the outlet nozzle should be 2 to 3 times the outer diameter of the conductor.  The end of the cut wire is very sharp, do not close to the wire coating.

The volume of the high frequency transformer wound with it can be reduced by half than that wound with enamelled wire. The texture of the three-layer insulated wire is tough, and it needs to be heated to 200 ~ 300 ° C to become soft and wound.
