Litz Wire

  Litz Wire is a wire structure made of stranded or braided multiple independent insulated conductors, which is mainly used to reduce losses caused by skin effect and proximity effect in high-frequency electromagnetic equipment. Typical applications include inductor coils, wireless charging devices, high-frequency transformers, and stator windings for motors. By adjusting the diameter of the single wire (typically 0.05-0.2mm), the thickness of the insulation layer and the stranding process parameters, efficient energy transmission in the frequency band of 1kHz to 2MHz can be achieved.
