Structural composition

Operation method
1. Insert the end of the enameled wire to be scraped into the center of the knife holder, press the power start switch (handheld) or the pedal governor (fixed), and the motor will rotate immediately.
2. Move the enameled wire in the opposite direction of the axial direction until the end of the enameled wire, then the paint film can be scraped off.
3. Release the power button switch (handheld) or loosen the governor (fixed).
4. To replace the work, repeat the above steps.
Wire diameter adjustment and related matters
1. When the enameled wires are of different specifications, the speed regulating potentiometer (hand-held) or the speed regulating device (fixed type) can be adjusted. The small wire diameter is adjusted in the slow direction, and the large wire diameter is adjusted in the fast direction. When the enameled wire is painted If the film is not peeled off, increase the speed until it is wiped off. If the enameled wire is cut by a scraper during speed regulation, the speed should be reduced until it meets the requirements. Select the most suitable speed according to the above method, as the working speed of the corresponding wire diameter, it can be considered as well adjusted.
2. When scraping the paint to the end of the enameled wire, the end should not be separated from the three blades immediately, and the intersection of the cutting edges should wait for the cutter to stop rotating before disengaging, so as to avoid the enameled wire suddenly breaking away from the cutting edge and damaging the cutting edge when rotating.
3. The shell is made of voltage-resistant plastic material, which is safe and reliable.
4. Before the enameled wire is scratched, it must be slightly straightened by hand to avoid the enameled wire being misaligned with the center of the cutting edge.
