Mechanical principle:
1. The hand-cranked electric counting winding machine is driven by the crank handle drive gear to drive the main shaft, and the counter is counted through the drive gear end gear drive. The speed ratio between the main shaft and the countershaft is 10:1. When the main shaft turns 1, the countershaft is 1/ 10 turn, that is, the number of letters of the counter is 1 turn.
2. The machine can be hand-cranked or electric, and the handle can be removed when electric and the maximum speed of the main shaft of the winding machine is 2000 rpm when electric.
3. The main oil hole is normal and a small amount of oil is added.

Instructions:
1. The machine should be placed on a sturdy workbench, the tabletop is made of wood, and there are 3 holes on the bottom plate of the machine for fixing between the machine and the workbench.
2. When using, use the left hand to move the reset handle of the counter to reset to 00000, and ask the counter to reset the handle plate twice, so that all the counting gears are brought into the reset state. (Otherwise, the gear slip count is inaccurate) to start the operation. After the operation, it can be reset to 0. It is strictly forbidden to reset to 0 during operation.
