Polyester covered enamelled copper wire

  Automotive ignition coils are required to convert the low voltage of the automotive power supply into a high voltage capable of producing an electric spark at the spark plug. Polyester coated enamelled copper wire has good electrical conductivity and insulation and is wound into primary and secondary windings. The primary winding generates a varying magnetic field by switching the current on and off, and the secondary winding generates a high-voltage electromotive force according to the principle of electromagnetic induction under the action of this varying magnetic field, providing sufficient voltage for the spark plugs to generate an electric spark to ignite the gas mixture in the combustion chamber of the engine.
