Short Description:

Waterproof winding wire is one kind of magnet wire which is consisted of bare round copper as the conductor and multi-layer insulation layers. The multi-layer insulation layers can be polyester, modified polyester or polyester-imide and so on.
Our Waterproof winding wire is one kind of enameled wire which has high heat resistance. Its temperature class can be from 130ºC to 220ºC.
Copper is the standard used conductor material with excellent conductivity and very good windability. For special applications a wide variety of conductor materials is offered,  alloys of copper for special characteristics like higher mechanical strength or bending performance.

Waterproof wire is a special material that caaintain stable performance in water for a long time, and is widely used for many conditions .
Characteristics of water resistance wire
Great water resistance: Be able to maintain stable performance in water for a long time without losing its original properties due to immersion in water.
Great high temperature resistance: able to maintain stable performance for a long time in high temperature environments, without losing its original performance due to temperature rise
Good wear resistance: The surface hardness of the water-resistant wire is high, which can resist wear and scratches.
