There should be no burrs on the transformer skeleton, and the corner part of the contact wire should be smooth (forming a chamfering). The inner diameter of the outlet nozzle should be 2 to 3 times the outer diameter of the conductor.  The end of the cut wire is very sharp, do not close to the wire coating.
