Litz Wire
Litz wire is a kind of wire made by stranding or braiding multiple insulated conductors. The insulating material is evenly coated on the surface of the monofilament using a coating process. Common coating methods include dipping, spraying and extrusion coating. Dipping is to immerse the monofilament in the insulating paint liquid so that the insulating paint is evenly attached to the surface of the monofilament; spraying is to spray the insulating paint on the monofilament with a spray gun; extrusion coating is to extrude the molten insulating material through an extruder and coat it on the monofilament.
The coated monofilaments need to be cured to allow the insulation material to form a strong, stable insulating layer.

Finished product testing and packaging
Performance testing: Conduct comprehensive performance testing on the produced Litz wire, including testing of DC resistance, AC resistance, insulation resistance, dielectric strength, tensile strength, flexibility and other indicators. Through testing, ensure that the performance of the Litz wire meets the relevant standards and customer requirements.
Appearance inspection: Check the appearance quality of the Litz wire, including whether the surface is smooth, whether there are defects such as bubbles, cracks, scratches, whether the color is uniform, whether the marking is clear, etc.
Packaging and warehousing: The qualified Litz wire is packaged according to customer requirements, usually in roll packaging or reel packaging, and moisture-proof and dust-proof protection measures are taken.
