Self-bonding Wire

  The primary coil of an ignition coil is usually wound with a thicker enamelled wire, typically with a turn count of around 200 - 500. This enamelled wire, with its good electrical conductivity, allows the current from the vehicle's power supply to pass through smoothly and establishes the magnetic field quickly when the power is switched on. Its solderability facilitates the connection to the primary circuit of the ignition coil, ensuring a reliable connection, reduced contact resistance and lower energy loss. At the same time, the polyurethane insulation layer has good insulating properties, which effectively prevents short-circuiting between turns of the coil and ensures the normal operation of the primary coil. The self-bonding property helps to make the coil tightly bonded during the winding process, fixing the coil shape, enhancing the stability of the coil, and resisting vibration and shock during engine operation.
