Enameled Copper Clad Aluminum Wire

  Wiper relays need to control the wiper on/off and speed. Although the conductivity of enameled copper clad aluminum wire is slightly lower than that of pure copper wire, the copper layer on its surface can meet the current transmission needs of relay coils at operating frequency through the skin-like effect. Although the DC resistivity of copper clad aluminum wire is about 1.45-1.5 times that of pure copper wire, by reasonably designing the number of turns and wire diameter of the coil, it can compensate for the difference in resistance and ensure that the relay coil generates sufficient electromagnetic force, so as to accurately control the working state of the wipers.
  The surface of the enameled copper clad aluminum wire is concentrically coated with a layer of pure copper, which has the same brazability as pure copper wire and does not require special treatment like aluminum wire, which makes the welding process of coils and other components simpler and more reliable in the production process of relays, which is conducive to improving production efficiency and product quality.
