Litz Wire

Finished product testing and packaging
Performance testing: Conduct comprehensive performance testing on the produced Litz wire, including testing of DC resistance, AC resistance, insulation resistance, dielectric strength, tensile strength, flexibility and other indicators. Appearance inspection: Check the appearance quality of the Litz wire, including whether the surface is smooth, whether there are defects such as bubbles, cracks, scratches, whether the color is uniform, whether the marking is clear, etc.
