The automatic winding machine is a series of digital programmable large-torque large-scale coil winding machines.  It has the following advantages:
1. The controller adopts microcomputer control, and the data set is easy.
2. The cabling shaft is driven by a stepping motor with a constant current circuit, with fast cabling speed and good accuracy.
3. The position of the winding point can be input by teaching and can display the current position of the bobbin.
4. The use of copper guide wheel, anti-wear.

6. The starting and winding point, width, line spacing speed, etc. can be set in sections to achieve the purpose of multi-section and multi-speed.
7. 999 steps can be set, and the set value can be stored for more than one year.
8. The wire rack is controlled by a magnetic damping tension adjuster and a cylinder to achieve the purpose of precise tension adjustment.
