The operation method of EI type chip inserter:
1. Put the silicon steel sheet into the charging trough, put the burr down, the silicon steel sheet with too thick burr and the uneven sheet, turn the hand wheel manually, and take out the first I sheet pushed out from left to right.

The function of Manual chip inserter:
1. The turning hand wheel adopts casting, polishing, and electroplating treatment, the hand wheel is smooth and convenient, and the shape is beautiful.
2. The structural accuracy of the transformer inserting machine can ensure the requirement of stacking thickness, so that the inserted silicon steel sheet is compact, eliminating the need for manual patching.
3. It can process silicon steel sheets with a thickness of 0.30 to 0.5, neatly annealed sheets and stitch frames.
4. The processing efficiency of the chip inserter is not less than 120 groups/min (one E piece plus one I piece for a group)

Precautions of Stacking Machine:
After each use of the chip inserter to complete the operation of inserting silicon wafers in a box, the number of silicon wafers should be checked in time to check whether the number is consistent with the label on the lower foam box cover, and it is also necessary to carefully record Fragmentation. In addition, all kinds of debris and waste should be sorted and placed in designated areas for storage.
