  The volume and weight of the wind turbine nacelle (especially for offshore models) are strictly limited by lifting capacity, and the stator core slot space is fixed (slot width 4-8mm, slot depth 25-40mm). The close arrangement of rectangular copper wires can increase the slot filling rate from 65% -70% of circular copper wires to 78% -85%, and increase the copper conductor filling amount by more than 20% under the same cabin volume.

  Wind turbines need to operate continuously at low wind speeds (3-5m/s), rated wind speeds (12-15m/s), and high wind speeds (15-25m/s). Excessive copper loss can lead to low power generation efficiency at low wind speeds and excessive temperature rise at high wind speeds. The equivalent resistance of rectangular copper wire is 12% -20% lower than that of circular copper wire with the same cross-sectional area, and the copper loss is reduced by 15% -25%.
