Submersible Motor Winding Wire

  Submersible pumps may vibrate when operating, and cables may also be subjected to water impact, pulling, etc. Cross-linking polyethylene insulated pump wires are usually equipped with reinforced structures, such as high-strength fiber braids, etc., which can enhance the tensile and compressive resistance of the wire, resist underwater mechanical stress, and prevent the wire from being damaged due to mechanical damage.
  Although cross-linking polyethylene itself has certain waterproof properties, the underwater environment has extremely high requirements for cable waterproofing, and special designs are usually used to further improve waterproof capabilities. For example, adding a waterproof layer to the wire structure and using waterproof filling materials can prevent moisture from invading the cable core, avoid the degradation of insulation performance caused by water immersion, and ensure reliable operation of the cable under long-term water immersion conditions.
