  The underwater motor in a wave energy generator relies on a submersible motor winding wire for energy conversion. The winding wire is energised to produce a magnetic field that drives the motor rotor, which in turn turns the generator shaft, converting the kinetic energy of the waves into electrical energy. As the device is in the marine environment, the Submersible motor winding wire needs to have excellent seawater corrosion resistance, usually using special alloy wire and high-performance insulating materials, such as alloy wire containing nickel, chromium and other elements, as well as polytetrafluoroethylene and other insulating materials, in order to resist seawater erosion. At the same time, it should be able to withstand the frequent vibration and impact brought about by wave motion, and have good mechanical strength and anti-fatigue properties.
