Submersible Motor Winding Wire

  Current-carrying stability and heat-resistant adaptation: The pump motor generates continuous heat during operation, and the cable needs to withstand a certain temperature (usually the ambient temperature of the motor rises, about 60-90°C). After the modified polypropylene is modified to be heat-resistant, the continuous operating temperature can reach 90°C, and the short-term overload (such as the moment of motor start) can withstand 105°C, and the insulation layer will not soften or decompose due to high temperature, ensuring the stability of current transmission (the ampacity carrying meets the requirements of the corresponding section in the GB/T 12706 standard).
  Mechanical strength and vibration resistance: Pumps are constantly vibrating during operation, especially in high-power pumps, and cables may rub against the fixed brackets or frequently displace small displacements due to vibration. The tensile strength of the modified polypropylene insulation layer is more than 20MPa, and it has a certain elasticity (elastic modulus of about 800MPa), which can reduce fatigue damage caused by vibration and avoid cracking of the insulation layer to expose the conductor.
