  Inductors are mainly composed of coils and cores. Class 155 Polyester Enameled Round Aluminum Wire can be wound on various shapes of cores, such as I-beam cores, toroidal cores, etc., to form different types of inductor coils. By controlling the number of turns, wire diameter and winding method, the inductance of the inductor can be precisely adjusted to meet the needs of different circuits. For example, in power inductors for power supply circuits, the use of thicker aluminum wire wound with a certain number of turns provides a larger inductance and current carrying capacity for stabilizing the power supply output voltage.
