Although the size of the insulated magnet wire is within the qualified range, for products with a small winding coil diameter and a large number of enameled wires per transposed conductor, the external dimensions of the transposed conductor are likely to be poor. It is two of the main factors that lead to the difference in the external dimensions of the transposed wire.
3. The mold size control is not suitable. Although it is within the qualified range, the size of the mold size repaired for a batch of products is the upper deviation, which is one of the main factors leading to the difference in the external dimensions of the transposed conductor.
