  The raw material of the insulation layer of the cross-linking polyethylenesubmersible motor winding wire is usually polyethylene, and additives such as photoinitiators and multifunctional cross-linking agents are added. In the optical crosslinking process, the photoinitiator absorbs a specific wavelength of ultraviolet light and produces active macromolecular free radicals, which react with the polyethylene molecular chain to transform the linear molecular structure of linear low-density polyethylene into a three-dimensional network structure linked by chemical bonds, thereby improving the performance of cable insulation.

  Through the optical cross-linking process, the comprehensive performance of the cross-linking polyethylenesubmersible motor winding wire can be significantly improved. The insulation layer after optical cross-linking has higher high temperature resistance, with a long-term operating temperature of up to 105°C, which is significantly improved compared with some wires produced by other cross-linking processes, and has better solvent resistance, environmental stress cracking and wear resistance, and significantly improved insulation resistance, which can ensure the electrical stability of the wire during long-term usage.
