Pi Film Covered Litz Wire is made up of multiple strands of insulated wire twisted together to evenly distribute the current and reduce the effects of skin effect. For example, at a frequency of 1MHz, the effective resistance of a 0.1mm diameter litz wire can be reduced by more than 80% compared with a single strand wire, which can greatly reduce the energy loss of high-frequency transformers and improve efficiency.
  The internal voltage of high-frequency transformers is high, and the windings are dense, and the insulation requirements are strict. Polyimide film has excellent electrical insulation properties, which can provide reliable insulation protection for litz wires, prevent short circuits between windings, and leakage between wires and cores or other components, and ensure the safe and stable operation of transformers.
